Apply the Ultra Rich Body cream after the shower to slightly damp skin to maximise the absorption of your body cream.
ACTIVATE
Apply in slow upward strokes to increase circulation, allowing the extracts of shea butter & macadamia to moisturise and revitalise your skin.
BREATHE
When complete take three deep, belly breaths and inhale the pure essential oils. This is your daily pause.
