This ancient practice is based on the principle that time spent among trees and in nature can be immensely beneficial in terms of decreasing stress and boosting wellbeing. Ideal for those who are craving being outside in nature, this blend stars cleansing and restorative ho wood (a beautifully fragrant wood oil that’s similar to rosewood) and uplifting pink pepper, as well as cypress to help ground and encourage you to breathe more deeply to feel more relaxed. The perfect pre or post-meditation to help you visualise sitting on a tranquil forest floor.
How to use

1. Warm one capful in cupped hands
2. Apply the oil to your torso, shoulders and lower back, before getting into your bath or shower
3. Bring your hands to your face and inhale & exhale 3 times
